Beta Service
Tapsela may be offered as a beta or early-stage service. Features may change, be incomplete, or be removed at any time.
No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular business needs.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of the service, for all data you submit, and for all communications with your clients. You represent that you have all necessary rights and lawful bases to collect and use client data. Where the service sends messages on your behalf, you are responsible for identifying a lawful basis, obtaining consent where required, complying with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws, and honoring client communication preferences and opt-out requests. Tapsela acts only as a technical delivery provider and is not responsible for the lawfulness of your communications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapsela is not liable for indirect damages, missed appointments, message delivery failures, or losses arising from your use of the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to send spam, violate applicable law, misuse client data, or create risk for the platform or others.
Account Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service immediately where we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, used the service unlawfully, created risk for us or others, or acted in a way that may harm the service, other users, or third parties. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy before taking action, but we are not required to do so in urgent, abusive, unlawful, or security-related situations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by other reasonable means. The updated terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice or on the page. If you continue to use the service after the updated terms take effect, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
